How the “James Real Estate Group CARE’s Program” Works

There are four ways to participate in the James Real Estate Group CARE’s Program:

PURCHASE A HOME: Individuals looking to purchase a new home can utilize the Real Estate services of the James Real Estate Group to complete their purchase transaction….

• If the purchase price is less than $500,000, then $250 will be donated by our team to your selected charitable cause that we support.
• If the purchase price is greater than $500,000, then $500 will be donated by our team to your selected charitable cause that we support.
• If the purchase price is greater than $1,000,000, then $1,000 will be donated by our team to your selected charitable cause that we support.

SELL A HOME: Individuals looking to sell their home can utilize the services of the James Real Estate Group to complete their sale transaction….

• If the sales price is less than $500,000, then $250 will be donated by our team to your selected charitable cause that we support.
• If the sales price is greater than $500,000, then $500 will be donated by our team to your selected charitable cause that we support.
• If the sales price is greater than $1,000,000, then $1,000 will be donated by our team to your selected charitable cause that we support.

FINANCE A HOME: Individuals looking to finance the purchase of a home or refinance their current residence can utilize the mortgage services James Real Estate Group for your mortgage financing….

-     If the loan amount is less than $500,000, then $250 will be donated by our team to your selected charitable cause that we support. 
-     If the loan amount is greater than $500,000, then $500 will be donated by our team to your selected charitable cause that we support.

DONATE DIRECTLY: Anyone can make a monetary donation directly or match our donation to Seattle Children’s Hospital, the Odessa Brown Children's Clinic and the University of Washington Scholarship Programs.
